	Facebook Events Coordinator Local: Build, maintain, and update official Facebook Events for your local chapter so young adults always know exactly where and when to plug in. At its core, this role is simple: using administrative access to our Facebook page, you’ll copy and paste event details directly from our main website—our single source of truth—to create official event listings. Where you can truly excel and make a Kingdom impact is through proactive engagement. This includes personally inviting people to boost event momentum, partnering with local community posters to share event links, and—most importantly—developing creative strategies to equip local Ignite members to execute bulk invites. There is incredible potential for growth and connection here for someone who loves creative strategy and mobilizing others. Regional: Coordinate Facebook Event strategies across neighboring city chapters to maximize turnout for joint gatherings, regional retreats, and multi-city socials. You’ll align regional event launch schedules and share successful local invite strategies across surrounding chapter teams. National: Standardize the national Facebook Event framework, establishing clear creation guidelines, cover photo assets, and timing models based on our central website database. You’ll track national event attendance data and develop scalable invitation toolkits for new chapter launches nationwide. Management: Train and mentor local Facebook Event coordinators on administrative best practices, website-to-social accuracy, and invite mobilization. Blog Writer	Local: Write stories highlighting life changes, volunteer spotlights, and community updates from your local city as well as inspiring and relatable faith based articles. Regional: Cover regional events, retreat recaps, and feature stories across multiple city chapters plus faith pieces. National: Write articles on young adult faith, culture, and Christian living for our main national website blog. Manage content schedule. Oversee local and regional blog writers. Breakout Hobby Facilitator	Local: Guide smaller group hobbies within the group. Church Outreach	Local: Visit local churches in your city to connect with pastors, build partnerships, and let them know how we serve their young adults. Regional: Build relationships with denominational networks and church associations across your state or region. National: Engage with national church networks and college ministries to form kingdom-minded partnerships. Management: Train church liaison volunteers on how to communicate our mission effectively to senior church leadership. Digital Community & Engagement Coordinator	Local: Serve as the active, welcoming voice in the comment sections of your city chapter’s public social media posts. You’ll like, reply to, and spark discussions on comments under grid posts, reels, and stories, creating a vibrant, interactive environment. This role focuses on making every commenter feel seen, fostering a warm community vibe, and gently guiding public interest toward joining an upcoming gathering. Regional: Track and participate in public comment threads across regional accounts, particularly during major multi-city campaign pushes and event announcements. You’ll monitor engagement trends across neighboring chapters and help local teams keep public comment sections lively and positive. National: Monitor national post comment sections across all official channels to maintain a safe, uplifting, and gospel-centered environment. You’ll identify recurring audience questions, share engagement best practices with local teams, and highlight inspiring public interactions for national stories. Management: Train engagement volunteers on brand voice guidelines, conversational tone, public conflict de-escalation, and comment moderation techniques. Digital Content Creation	Local: Film short video clips, take photos, and edit reels that highlight the real people and stories in your local chapter. Regional: Produce regional recap videos and promotional graphics for multi-city gatherings. Management: Direct a creative team of videographers, editors, and graphic designers across different cities. Physical Content Creation Volunteer Local: Design and print physical signage, banners, stickers, and welcome materials for your local city gatherings. Regional: Coordinate batch printing and distribution of physical merch and banners for cities across your region. National: Partner with print vendors nationally to secure bulk pricing on stage backdrops, merch, and physical promo kits. Digital Platform Access Management & Optimization Staff	Local: Help onboard new local volunteers by setting up their access to team chats, drive folders, and local communication channels. Direct Messaging & Inbound Care Specialist	Local: Manage the private direct message (DM) inboxes across your city chapter’s social media accounts, acting as a personal digital guide for young adults reaching out privately. You’ll answer questions about event details, offer directions, provide a friendly connection point, and address personal inquiries before someone attends a real-life gathering. Your main objective is converting private online conversations into warm, confident offline introductions. Regional: Monitor DM inbox volume across regional channels during high-traffic periods like retreats, large conferences, or multi-city campaign launches. You’ll step in to support local coordinators during message surges and route complex regional inquiries to the correct staff leads. National: Draft standardized DM response scripts, comprehensive FAQ guides, and digital pastoral care protocols for chapters nationwide. You’ll establish response-time standards and ensure that private messages across all accounts receive prompt, empathetic, and helpful replies. Management: Mentor and train DM specialists across chapters in active listening, digital relational care, and personal boundary setting. Event Media Creator	Local: Capture the life, energy, and genuine moments of your local Ignite chapter by capturing photos and video clips during gatherings, socials, and service projects. Whether using a professional camera or simply capturing high-quality, authentic smartphone footage, you’ll document real interactions, worship, and community culture as it happens. You’ll upload raw, organized media directly to our central cloud storage so our post-production team can transform your footage into engaging promotional content. Regional: Travel to multi-city gatherings, regional retreats, and joint chapter socials to provide comprehensive event media coverage. You’ll capture high-impact highlights across surrounding cities, documenting regional growth and building a shared visual library for all local chapters in your area. National: Serve on the primary media team for major national conferences, multi-city expansion launches, and national promotional shoots. You’ll help establish baseline camera settings, lighting standards, and shot lists used by creators nationwide to ensure visual consistency across all chapters. Management: Coach and support incoming media creators across different cities on mobile filming techniques, framing, lighting, and comfortable crowd interaction. You’ll guide creators on capturing authentic moments while maintaining an unobtrusive presence during gatherings.
