Direct Messaging & Inbound Care Specialist
Local: Manage the private direct message (DM) inboxes across your city chapter’s social media accounts, acting as a personal digital guide for young adults reaching out privately. You’ll answer questions about event details, offer directions, provide a friendly connection point, and address personal inquiries before someone attends a real-life gathering. Your main objective is converting private online conversations into warm, confident offline introductions.
Regional: Monitor DM inbox volume across regional channels during high-traffic periods like retreats, large conferences, or multi-city campaign launches. You’ll step in to support local coordinators during message surges and route complex regional inquiries to the correct staff leads.
National: Draft standardized DM response scripts, comprehensive FAQ guides, and digital pastoral care protocols for chapters nationwide. You’ll establish response-time standards and ensure that private messages across all accounts receive prompt, empathetic, and helpful replies.
Management: Mentor and train DM specialists across chapters in active listening, digital relational care, and personal boundary setting. You’ll guide volunteers on transitioning private online connections into real-life introductions with local group hosts and coordinators.
