This role is a unique opportunity to spread the word about Ignite and actively heal church hurt through genuine, personal interactions. It can be a fun and rewarding position, but it also presents real spiritual battles. Regional: Oversee and support local Marketplace coordinators across neighboring cities within your region. You’ll help team members troubleshoot tough interactions, adapt message templates for regional effectiveness, and ensure equipment sourcing efforts across surrounding chapters remain aligned and consistent.
National: Establish high-level Marketplace outreach strategies, safety guidelines, and outreach message templates for Ignite chapters nationwide. You’ll monitor national response trends and refine outreach frameworks to protect volunteers while maximizing the ministry’s ability to connect with unchurched young adults across the country.
Management: Train, mentor, and encourage incoming Marketplace volunteers as they step into this role. You’ll equip them with conflict-de-escalation tools, help them navigate difficult online interactions, and coach them on keeping gospel-centered impact as their primary focus during every transaction.
