Local: Research local community calendars, city permits, park availability, and venues in your area for potential gatherings and event locations and demands for types of events in each local area.
Regional: Identify regional retreat centers, camps, and large venues capable of hosting multi-city events.
National: Maintain a database of national conference venues and expansion cities as the ministry grows into new markets. Oversee other volunteers.
Management: Guide research volunteers on venue negotiation, permitting requirements, and site selection criteria.
