Step into the fire (literally) and then plunge into the waters—because the Ignite crew is taking over Symmetry Saunna Studio in Coeur d’Alene for a sauna + cold plunge experience you won’t forget.

Think of it as a revival for your body: sweat out the junk, plunge into the cold, and come up feeling brand new. 🙌

Normally a 60-minute pass here is $35 per person, but for our group they have brought the price down to $13 per person (at sell out). So please donate $10 or more dollars to help us cover our costs🙏🏻 We set it at $10 so its more accessible to people on a nudget so as many people as possible can come.
